Ingrid has more than 10 years of clinical experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) providing nutritional assessment and management of a wider range of diet related issues.
Ingrid is an enthusiastic and committed dietitian who is passionate about collaborating with her clients to support them in achieving their nutritional goals.
Ingrid provides practical and individualised dietary advice which supports sustainable dietary changes for long lasting health and wellbeing.
Before beginning in private practice Ingrid held senior roles in the corporate sector and understands the very real challenges of maintaining a healthy work/ life balance. It is for this reason Ingrid also trained as a yoga teacher, to incorporate aspects of yoga philosophy into her practice.
Ingrid provides practical dietary and nutritional advice. Ingrid’s approach is to work with her clients to create individual solutions that are sustainable, enjoyable and focused on helping them achieve the results they want, whether their objective is specifically to lose weight, manage their diet during pregnancy, ongoing diabetes management or more of a “holistic lifestyle” objective to improve their overall feel-good health and wellbeing.
